Staff, rooms and location were all amazing. The breakfast was good and access to the beach was easy. A great place to stay in Tropea.
Fabulous family who helped us when our original booking elsewhere turned sour. Thank you Daniela for helping us, for accommodating us and our bikes, your hospitality was fabulous. Great location, private hidden stairs down to the beach, 5 min walk down (a trek up, wearing shoes with a good grip not fancy stilettos) through lush vegetation. Rooms were spotlessly clean. No water in the fridge or anything else for that matter, so come prepared. Very good restaurant just 20m from the apartment, also family owned. Was delicious. Thank you.
The Bonsai Tropea is a wonderful B and B where a family can enjoy a very welcoming vacation. Everyone there is very kind and helpful. The rooms are spotless. The air conditioner works very well. We were there during a heatwave in July, 2022 and the air conditioner worked the whole time. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. All of the cakes were homemade. The eggs were fresh. The cappuccinos were to die for. There was always fresh fruit to enjoy. The location of Bonsai Tropea is also very good. It is in walking distance to the historic centre and you can walk to most of the beaches there. There are many shortcuts you can take. There is nothing negative I could say about this place. The only suggestion I may have, would be to get softer mattresses. Everything else was perfect! The view was spectacular.
The Hotel was perfect, its managed from a very friendly Family. The Room was beautiful and big newly renovated, we requested two single Beds without hesitation we received two Queen beds. The breakfast was delicious , the Cakes are homemade. Marialusia was always happy to help and give advice on recommendations. The town center is in short walking distance. The hotel has beach access via stairs. If we ever come back to tropea, we definitely come back. Highly recommend!
Beautiful place with a wonderful view of the ocean, very nice family, very helpful and kind, thank you for everything you guys did to help me with my leg injury, very much appreciated, we enjoyed our stay and loved the breakfast, Grazie Maria-Luisa per tutto Filomena & Vittorio
